Keith N. Mangini
CEO, President & Principal


Keith joined Huntley & Huntley in 1978 as a Staff Geologist and worked through the ranks to become Vice President of the Company in 1986. In 1995, Keith purchased Huntley & Huntley, Inc. to become its fourth generation owner, CEO and President. Keith is a graduate from West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology. He is a licensed geologist in Pennsylvania, a member of the AAPG and the PAPG. He is a former President of the PAPG and is Chairman of the Board of the YMCA Deer Valley. He has thirty years of combined experience in oil and gas valuations, finance, project management, prospect generation, evaluation and risk management. He has performed reserve studies & appraisals, and buy/sale transactions for SEC scrutiny for public companies as well as for many private companies and individuals. In addition, Keith is one of the Appalachian Basin's most respected Upper Devonian geologist.

As CEO and President, in 1995 Keith changed the business direction of Huntley & Huntley, Inc. from its long history of oil and gas consulting to oil and natural gas exploration and production. Since 1995, under Keith's supervision, Huntley now has interests in nearly 600 wells to which nearly 350 are operated by Huntley. He has negotiated numerous joint operating agreements covering areas of Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, West Virginia, New Mexico and Utah. Utilizing Huntley's wealth of knowledge, contacts and business familiarity, Keith has successfully converted Huntley's respect as an oil and gas technical consulting firm to one of Western Pennsylvania's most respected oil and gas developers. Beyond broad exposure and understanding of the oil and gas business throughout the United States, Keith has a rooted, almost instinctual geologic understanding of the Appalachian Basin. Keith oversees the management of 26 limited partnership businesses focused on oil and gas exploration & production. Since 1978, Keith has been directly involved with or responsible for all legal, financial and technical evaluation and negotiation of nearly one billion dollars of oil and natural gas acquisition, valuation and or drilling ventures. Although very much focused on the Appalachian Basin, Keith has experience in almost every producing basin in North America.


Michael A. Hillebrand
Vice President, Principal


Mike joined Huntley in 1998 as Vice President and an equity partner. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and has been recognized as a "Twenty Five Year Club" member. He serves on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association. He has twenty three years of combined experience in well drilling, completions and operations as well as all operating and financial aspects of natural gas development, acquisition and marketing.

Mike started his career as a service company engineer for an international service company which focused on cementing, stimulation and coiled tubing services for well construction. As such, he has designed and successfully implemented drilling and completion recommendations of over 3,000 Appalachian Basin exploration, developmental and storage wells with depths up to 10,000 feet. In 1990, he redirected his career from construction to finance, by joining a large independent, Manhattan based, power generation company. Mike procured over 100 bcf of gas via non-operated investment or asset and stock acquisition of multiple Appalachian based companies within an eight year period. The start-up subsidiary resulted with over 2000 operated and non-operated properties in the Appalachian Basin. Since joining Huntley in 1998, Mike has co-developed over 110 bcf of natural gas through the creation of 26 syndicated partnerships and several joint venture programs. Since 1990, Mike has been directly involved with or responsible for the legal, financial and technical evaluation/negotiation of over $250 million in natural gas company acquisition and natural gas drilling ventures primarily focused on the Appalachian Basin.


Herman Edwards
Vice President of Business Development


In this role, Herman leads the development and monitoring of the Company's business strategies. He functions as the liaison with company management on the implementation of strategic and operational plans to support current and long-term plans. He assists in the development and monitoring of relationships in the delivery of services to limited partner investors. This includes guiding the marketing activities of broker-dealer firms that sell partnership interests through Private Placement Programs offered by the Company. To ensure future business development and growth opportunities that are in accordance with the Company's business strategy, he assists in securing sufficient financial resources.

Herman graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting and Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Huntley, he was a tax partner with ParenteBeard LLC, a leading Mid-Atlantic region public accounting firm. His prior experience also includes being a founding member of the public accounting firm, Edwards, Sauer & Owens, PC and a member of Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm. Herman provided business consulting and tax services to clients in various industries, including the oil and natural gas industry. He is a member of the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania and various Certified Public Accountants Societies.


Ed Valentas
Land/Legal Manager


A 1980 Graduate of Slippery Rock University with a B. A. in Geography-Rural and Urban Planning/Cartography, Ed immediately embarked upon his career in the oil & gas industry with Patrick Petroleum , followed by terms with Natural Resource Management Corporation, Ardent Resources, culminating and finally joining the Huntley & Huntley Team in 2004. Ed earned the prestigious CPL (Certified Professional Landman) accreditation in 1987 and is a longstanding member of the national American Association of Petroleum (AAPL) and the local Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL. Ed also served as a Member of the International Oil Scouts from 1982-1989.

Ed performs and supervises the land staff in the wide array of land management/land legal functions associated with oil and gas exploration. These include oil & gas lease and right-of-way acquisition, title research and the associated curative measures required prior to drilling. Ed is ultimately responsible for the drafting and negotiation of industry agreements and contracts and functions as the front-line liaison between Huntley & Huntley and the wide array of industry partners, landowners, associated municipalities and corresponding State Regulatory & Environmental Agencies.


Gregory R. Kline
Controller


A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a dual major in Accounting and Management, Greg is responsible for the accounting of Huntley & Huntley, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries, including the operational accounting & reporting to Huntley's managed limited partnerships businesses, joint venture partners, and various royalty owners. Beyond final review of Huntley accounting and its associated department, Greg has various responsibilities concerning the administration, and technology information requirements of Huntley & Huntley, Inc. and several of its affiliated companies. Prior to joining Huntley & Huntley in 2000, he had been employed by an independent CPA firm, conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, and completing various types of tax returns for many industries - including the oil and gas industry.


Brianne Trice
Executive Assistant


A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Natural Sciences, Brianne serves as Executive Assistant for Land, Legal, Engineering and Administration. She maintains Area of Mutual Interest contractual obligations, lease and Right-of-way databases, interfaces with industry regulations in obtaining permits and subsequent reporting. She maintains corporate scheduling and creates corporate media presentations and documents. Brianne has worked in oil and gas her entire career and has a very broad understanding of the business.


Brett Morgan
Land Agent


Brett is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. degree in Finance. As a professional land man for nearly five years, Brett has experience in all areas of land acquisition for oil and gas industry purposes. His primary areas of responsibilities include strategically identifying property to lease, document preparation and landowner negotiations. Additionally, he is proven in coordinating pipeline right-a-ways to ensure gas is able to reach a distribution point. Brett has also worked with numerous local governments and various state agencies as they relate to the oil and gas industry. Brett has served our Country for four years in the United States Marine Corps.


Reba Schultz
Partnership Accounting Administrator


Reba's responsibilities include managing the accounting and reporting for Huntley's producing operated and non-operated wells. This includes analysis of well performance, recording of production, revenue, accounts payable and joint interest billings. Prior to joining Huntley in February 2008, Reba practiced public accounting for three years in a local accounting firm gaining beneficial knowledge of financial reporting and tax preparation for individuals and small businesses.


Jolene Dillman
Office Manager


Jolene joined Huntley & Huntley in 2006 and serves as Office Manager. Her various tasks include: digital data download of daily field production reporting, coordination of office communication systems, administrative support to all departments, and special events planner. Jolene's organizing of office operations ensures a smooth and effective work environment.



John Hodson
Environmental Compliance/Land Agent


John joined Huntley and Huntley in the Spring of 2008 working as a Landman. He helps various land owners with negotiations in right of way documents and leasing agreements. In Fall of '08 Huntley asked him to join the Engineering Department where he assists in PADEP(Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection) regulation compliance while maintaining pre-drilling and post-drilling construction.



Melissa Dollman
Special Project Coordinator


Melissa is a recent graduate from The Pennsylvania State University. Melissa joined Huntley & Huntley in 2009, giving her the opportunity to pull from her editorial and communications background. While undertaking a wide array of challenging projects, she is currently reconstructing the rich and honorable history of our esteemed organization, Huntley & Huntley, Inc. (established 1912). In addition, Melissa oversees numerous projects in our land/legal department.
